- Amendment #0001 to Solilcitation H92239-14-T-0014 Changes noted in bold : The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina has a requirement for Heavy Construction Equipment Lease for a base year and two (2) one-year option periods to train and support the 18C Special Forces Sergeant skills sets required by Special Forces Operation Groups. The equipment will predominately be used at Fort Bragg and Camp Mackall in order to familiarize, train and support training learning objectives and Range support. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. All persons responding must reference Request for Quote (RFQ) number H92239-14-T-0014. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provisions. The Government intends to make a single award of a firm fixed price purchase order for all required equipment. This requirement is unrestricted for full and open competition.
