- A site visit will occur at 1300MT 23 September 2014 at Gowen Field Boise, Idaho 83705 BLDG 813. Please email christopher.j.cox54.mil@mail.mil if you are interested in attending the site visit to ensure access to the facility. Award for this requirement will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical acceptability will be determined by the evaluation of submitted verifiable Past Performance information for projects of the same or similar nature to this requirement. The prospective contractor must also provide a brief summary of how they plan to accomplish the requirements of this project in a manner that would demonstrate their technical ability to perform. The Past Performance information and project completion summary information will be evaluated on a Go or No Go basis and are not required in any specific format as long as the information is complete, accurate, and verifiable. Any equipment listed on the attached Statement of Work is equipment possibilities that the project could consist of but the contractor is not limited to.
