- Description
- AFLCMC/WNY intends to issue a modification to add the repair of NSN: 6605-01-558-8353 to existing IDIQ contract FA8540-13-D-0002 for the Embedded Global Positioning System/Inertial Navigation System (EGI). This modification will allow for the Contractor Depot repair of the EGI H-764 in support of the B1 System Program Office. Orders can be placed from date of modification through the completion of Ordering Period Five which ends 26 Sep 2018. This effort is Sole Source to Honeywell International (0BFA5) iaw FAR 6.302-1. Estimated Solicitation issue date is 3 Oct 2014. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
