- J&A Pricing Spreadsheet Technical Specifications RFP DCMA intends to issue a single award BPA against a GSA FSS for CheckPoint Brand Firewall Equipment. The solicitation has been posted to GSA eBuy; however it includes open market items. In order to satisfy the requirements at FAR 8.402(f) for open market items, the solicitation and all associated documents are being posted to FBO. The FAR clauses included in the RFP are applicable to all open market items that may be quoted.
