Please see the attached document entitled Contractor Questions & Government Responses. All other requirements of this solicitation remain the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested for the required items and no written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number W911S7-14-T-0177 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76, 25 August 2014. The Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) requires wireless internet access for the MSCoE Complex/Campus (approximately 2,000 users). The access point shall be installed in Building 3203, Room 1516 and have access speeds at a minimum of 15-20 mbps. The FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses incorporated by full text are in Attachment 1. Offerors are required to provide their Contractor's DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. Offerors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and willing to register in Wide Area Work Flow. Quotes are due no later than 1:00pm Central Daylight Time on 23 September 2014.
