- DLA MARITIME - PUGET SOUND intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of Office Furniture (System Workstations) for Building 850A-5th Floor, room 560 North in the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS). This requirement will be procured on an unrestricted basis using the commercial item procedures for sole-source acquisitions outlined in FAR Part 12 and under the FAR Part 13. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a single Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The applicable NAICS Code is 337214. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-14-Q-0680. To be negotiated on a sole source basis with Federal Prison Industries (CAGE: 1XFF6) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
