- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Pacific, San Diego, CA intends to issue Request for Proposals (RFP) number N66001-14-R-0239 (Sources Sought Synopsis Number N66001-14-R-0089) for the procurement of 25 Super High Frequency (SHF) Variable Voltage Attenuators (VVA). The contractor will be tasked to provide and deliver 25 SHF VVAs as specified in the attached technical specifications (Attachment 1). The contractor shall be capable of furnishing all required labor, material, facilities, and equipment necessary to supply and deliver the items to the government in a completely serviceable/new condition at the unit prices established at the time of contract award. The procurement will be conducted under full and open competitive procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 334419 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Government intends on awarding a Firm-Fixed Price single award contract. The period of performance is 6-months or a shorter period of performance/delivery date.
