- It is the intent of the Bureau of Reclamation to award a sole source contract to Natrona County Weed and Pest for the treatment of saltcedar and noxious weeds on Reclamation land throughout Natrona County. This action is authorized under the Carlson-Foley Act, Section of the Federal Noxious Weed Act of 1974, and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302.1 The base year contract period is expected to be approximately September 2014 to December 31, 2014 Optional Year #1 contract period is expected to be approximately January 1, 2015 to December 2015
