- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Portland District located at 333 SW 1st Avenue; Portland, Oregon 97204, is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for HVAC Upgrades at Lost Creek Trail - Trail, OR. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to Upgrade HVAC System #1 and Install HVAC System #3 at Lost Creek Trail - Trail, OR. Work includes replacing a Carrier (Model 50BA006601) system and installing two WaterFurnace Geothermal Heat Pumps, or equivalent. Work includes duct rework, rewiring and new electrical connections. The solicitation, specifications and other attachments will be available for download on FedBizOpps (FBO) (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about 19 September 2014, with an anticipated proposal due date of 25 September 2014. In order to view these documents, prospective offerors are required to self register their firm with FBO (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and 'Register Now' under 'Vendor / Citizens'). Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. The anticipated award date is 30 September 2014. The delivery date of the resulting contract will be Contract Award to 31 December 2014. The contract will be awarded to the Offeror providing the lowest price in accordance with FAR Section 13.106-2 (Evaluation of Quotations or Offers). This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 (Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors) with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 Million.
