- Attachment 3-FP-03 Supplmental Specs Attachment 2 - Service Contract Wage Rates Attachment 1 - Fire Control Plan Solicitation AG-82AK-S-14-0042 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number AG-82AK-S-14-0042 is being issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73. This project is set aside for small business concerns under NAICS code 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, small business size standard $14.0M. The intent of this contract is to supply and apply magnesium chloride to the south end of NFSR 250 from the intersection of Colorado State Hwy. 17 towards Rocky Mountain Lodge (approximately 9.1 miles x 16 ft. wide). The Conejos County will put forth time and equipment to prepare the roadway for application. Project site is located on the Rio Grande National Forest in south central Colorado. Item 0001 Magnesium Chloride estimated 32,149 gallons LOCATION OF PROJECT: From Antonito, Colorado drive 22.5 miles west on State Hwy. 17. Turn right onto NFSR 250. Project can be accessed from the south end of NFSR 250 (MP 45.3 to 56.4). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: September 30, 2014 through April 30, 2015. Project must be started and accepted by September 30, 2014. If registration is not complete by proposal submission, complete provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, and include with offer.
