- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ALL QUESTIONS AND CONCERN FOR THIS SOLICITATION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO VINCENT DANIELS AT 206-764-6573 OR VIA EMAIL AT VINCENT.E.DANIELS@USACE.ARMY.MIL. Provide all labor, materials, & equipment necessary to provide procure and install two servers and four workstations for the Libby Dam Physical Access Control & Monitoring System (PACMS-I) in accordance with the attached solicitation.
