- ***ATTENTION*** FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO: Mesha DeRamus. You may fax or email your request to ATTN: CCAM-AUA (Bldg 5300), Mesha DeRamus, Contract Specialist, Fax 256-313-8066. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Army Contracting Command - Redstone has a requirement for a new firm fixed-price (FFP) contract to procure three (3) Frangible Takeoff and Landing Systems (F-TALS) field change kits for P/N 00420050-01 six (6) Track Control Unit (TCU) bolts P/N 00421071-03 and the Technical Data Package (TDP) for the F-TALS field change kits with unlimited rights. Authority Cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), quote mark Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, quote mark as the applicable statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition. Justification and Approval applies to other than full and open competition basis whereas this FY 2015 requirement is sole source to Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), 444 Salomon Circle, Sparks, NV 89434-9651, CAGE Code 8X691. The required delivery for this requirement is 5 months after contract award to be delivered to Building 4038, Tucker Street, Dugway, UT 84022. Inspection and acceptance is Origin. FOB point is Origin. This requirement is subject to availability of funds. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. All responses must be submitted in writing and may be sent to: Mesha DeRamus, Contract Specialist, at mesha.l.deramus.civ@mail.mil. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation. However, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
