- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 01 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR AIR CONDITIONER FOR GROUND CONTROL STATION. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to provide information regarding a site visit for the Ground Control Station. The site visit will be conducted at 9:00am local time at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center Edwards, CA 93523. Please complete the attached DFRC735-1 form for all attendees and return by email to Robbin Kessler ( robbin.m.kessler@nasa.gov ) and Stephanie Vazquez ( stephanie.a.vazquez@nasa.gov ) no later than COB local time on 9/11/2014. NASA AFRC is located on a military installation. Only United States Citizens and foreigners with work permits are allowed to view the inside of the Ground Control Station. The due date for questions regarding this acquisition has been extended. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than COB local time on 9/17/2014. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to 09/22/2014. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on 09/22/2014. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
