- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is for a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Government intends to award a single BPA to a qualified Small Business quoter deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), whose quote conforms to all the of the RFQ's requirements and is judged to represent the Best Value to the Government in accordance with the evaluation scheme set out in this RFQ.
