- Request for Quotation N00253-14-T-0488 - Depth Sensor Assembly Transducer Cushion The Government anticipates award of one (1) firm-fixed price type contract. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns only. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 339991 and has a size standard of 500 employees. Pricing to be based on FOB Destination to NUWC, Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures will be listed in the solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned prior to the solicitation closing date and time. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation. Questions should be submitted via email to elizabeth.ferguson@navy.mil. No paper copies will be mailed. Failure to respond to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) and associated amendments, if applicable, prior to closing date and time established may render an offer as non-responsive and result in rejection. Drawings referenced in the solicitation are restricted by the Arms Export Act and are ONLY available to vendors/contractors appointed data custodian that are registered with Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendors/Contractors that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtain registration information at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp. Restricted drawings and technical information is available through FedBizOpps (FBO) www.fbo.gov. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisitions Circulars will be included in the solicitation. To access the clauses/provisions to be completed, download the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) at http://acquisition.gov/far/. Download the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) at http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html. Offerors must have current registration and complete representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM), a Federal Government owned website which consolidates the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA and EPLS. www.SAM.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in its solicitation for the described supplies and/or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirements with a commercial item within fifteen (15) days of this notice.
