- This is a Combined Synopsys/Solicitation for the acquisition of Custodial Services in support of the 99th Regional Support Command for services located at 1545 Airport Road, Franklin, PA 16323. The services performed shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) section of the solicitation (W15QKN-14-T-1510). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the full specifications of this requirement. The proposed acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract consisting of 1 base year and 4 option periods at full performance. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside and is restricted to participation by small businesses only. Proposals submitted by large businesses will neither be accepted nor considered. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561720 - Janitorial Services with a size standard of $16.5M. Prospective Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. The solicitation will be posted from 4 September 2014 through 12 September 2014 on Federal Business Opportunities (Fedbizopps) via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The proposal due date for this solicitation will be final unless extended by modification.
