AMDENDMENT 2: SF1449, block 14, solicitation closing date changed from 09/10/2014 to 09/15/2014 and now reads as follows: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 11, is hereby soliciting offers to provide all labor, supervision, and equipment to perform daily armored car bank runs with armed guard, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays, for the Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS) from two (2) locations: Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105 and Veterans Affairs Toledo Outpatient Clinic, 1200 South Detroit Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43614. The VISN 11 Contracting Office anticipates entering into a Fixed Price contract that can provide the best value to the Government. Contract awards will be made on a best value basis. This solicitation is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business. The evaluation factors will be: Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. The anticipated issue date is September 3rd, 2014 and the anticipated closing date is September 15th, 2014. The NAICS Code is 561612 with a business size standard of $20.5 million.
