- N32205-14-R-3008 0003 Changing PoP and response dates. The solicitation is released on a full and open competition basis. Military Sealift Command Norfolk is amending an unrestricted solicitation for the Regular Overhaul/Dry Dock (ROH/DD) on the USNS MATTHEW PERRY (T-AKE 9) to not commence commencing on or about 15 January 2015 through 15 Marsh 2015 for an estimated period of 60 days. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The amendment changes the solicitation response date and the clarification request date. Work is to be performed at the Contractor's facility on or about the above mentioned date. Area of consideration is the West Coast, USA. After issuance, the solicitation may be obtained thru Federal Business Opportunity
