- DJF-14-2100-PR-0002149 SOLICITATION PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is issued under Purchase Requisition number DJF-14-2100-PR-0002149, using Part 12 "Acquisition of Commercial Items" and Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". This requirement is being conducted as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. The contractor shall: • Perform the effort required by this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) basis. • Deliver Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) supplies as specified on the pricing sheet. • Provide other HVAC materials and supplies that are not listed which are not known at this time, on an as needed basis. Quotes are due on 9/19/2014, 1:00 p.m., EST, to the Federal Bureau of Investigation with reference to RFQ DJF-14-2100-PR-0002149. Quotes shall be sent through email to Ms. Almeta Austin at Almeta.Austin@ic.fbi.gov and to Ms. Kama Walcott Kama.Walcott@ic.fbi.gov. The awardee shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at (www.sam.gov). Each offeror shall complete a SF-1449 (Attachment A). In addition, vendors are required to submit all technical specifications. Award will be based on best value - technical and price. The following clauses and provisions shall be applicable to the subject requirement: FAR provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (APR 2014), FAR provision 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items (JAN 1999), Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (MAR 2014), FAR Clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (MAY 2014), FAR Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (MAY 2014), FAR provision 52.215-5 Facsimile Proposals (OCT 1997).
