- Pre-Proposal Conference MAP Attachment 8 - QASP Attachment 7- SCA Wage Determination Attachment 6 - Cyber Security Guidelines Attachment 5 - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 4 - Contractor Confirmation Checklist Attachment 3 - CARE SA Instructions Attachment 2 - GTMO Rate and Pricing Schedule Attachment 1 - GTMO PWS Solicitation HTC711-14-R-W001 As a component of the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) has a requirement for regularly scheduled commercial liner service of containerized and breakbulk cargo between Jacksonville/Blount Island, Florida and U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (GTMO). Types of cargo to be carried are military cargo, Privately Owned Vehicle's (POV), household goods, subsistence, accepted hazardous materials, and any other cargo shipped by the Department of Defense (DOD) in the Defense Transportation System (DTS). USTRANSCOM-AQ-I will be hosting a pre-proposal conference on 23 September 2014 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am Central time at Scott AFB, IL 62225. Attached is a map to the 375th Contracting Squadron, Building 52 where the conference will be held. Please RSVP to the conference no later than 19 September 2014 12:00pm Central time to Melinda Lewis via e-mail at melinda.j.lewis9.civ@mail.mil or by phone 618-220-7060.
