- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. OMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Solicitation Number W911RZ-14-T-0190 Catholic Chaplain Services Fort Carson intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for Catholic Chaplain Services. The services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)(Attachment 1). A priest wishing to serve as a contract chaplain with the Archdiocese Military Service (AMS), must apply for and receive from the Military Ordinary the appropriate endorsement before AMS faculties may be granted and provide written proof to the Contracting Officer of permission from his diocesan bishop or religious superior to enter into these services as well as provide current Ecclesiastical Endorsement from the Archdiocese for Military Services (AMS), USA http://www.milarch.org prior to the performance start date. The period of performance (POP) is 1 October 2014 through 30 September 2015. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 813110 with a small business size standard of $7.5M. This requirement is quote mark unrestricted quote mark.
