- 14-233-SOL-00779 Attachment One: Requirement List The Department of Health and Human Services, Acquisition Managment Services Division is in need of hardware maintenance.This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. The items listed in attachment one (Requirements list) is essentiaal for the OCIO office to meet requirements to meet critical mission support. This RFQ is being solicited under Firm-Fixed-Price terms and conditions. The Government is requiring all quotes to be valid for a minimum of 30 days. The Government will be reviewing the quoted items under brand name or equal. If a equal related item is proposed, all quoters are required to provide additional information and specifications to support how the item is equal. All quotes will be evaluated under Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be technically acceptable all quoted items must meet/perform to the same capacity as the items listed in attachment one (Titled: Requirements List). Questions in regards to this RFQ are due by 3:00pm EST on 09/11/2014 and can be emailed to Michael Fischer at michael.fischer @psc.hhs.gov All Quotes are due to be submitted by 5:00pm EST on 09/12/2014
