- AMENDMENT 0001 Attached This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. **This is an invitation for bid (IFB)** ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Less than $25,000 The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, transportation and incidentals necessary for the installation of chair railing; and the repair, preparation, and painting of interior walls located in Building 4197, Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC) and Health Care Acquisition Activity (HCAA), Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston (JBSA-FSH), TX. 78234. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION): An organized site visit has been scheduled for - Monday, September 8, 2014 at 2:30 PM CDT at the Center for Health Care Contracting. Each potential bidder is limited to one representative. Potential bidders planning to attend the site visit are required to submit the representative name and phone number to Ms. Yesenia C. Rodriguez, Contract Specialist at email: yesenia.c.rodriguez2.civ@mail.mil; (210) 221-4179 and Mr. Gary Hankins, Contracting Officer at email gary.d.hankins.civ@mail.mil (210) 295-4551, no later than Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at 4:00 PM CDT. In order to gain access to the installation through the JBSA-FSH Visitor Center your representative will be required to provide personal information (i.e. date of birth) to contracting officials who will in turn provide it to visitor center personnel.
