- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment to drydock and repair LD-727 Power Barge according to the specifications. The LD-727 is 140' long by 36' wide by 9' deep. The LD-727 has a crack in the spud well that shall be repaired. Should any portion of the barge's structure require alteration in order to carry out the work, even though not specifically mentioned herein, the Contractor shall make such alterations. While the barge is in the Contractor's possession, the Contractor shall be responsible for any loss or damages.
