- AMENDMENT 0002 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District is soliciting quotations for removal and replacement of the existing EPDM roofing system on the utility building at Lock and Dam 1. This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside. The magnitude of this requirement in terms of estimated price is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Classification System code is 238160 with a small business size standard of $15.0 million. An organized site visit has been scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday, September 5. Participants will beet at Lock and Dam 1, 5000 West River Parkway, Minneapolis, MN 55417-1609. A valid picture ID will be required to enter the site. Participants must wear steel-toed shoes/boots. Pre-registration is requested. (See clause 52.236-27, Site Visit (Construction).)
