15485 Revised SOW Questions and Answers AMENDMENT 2: The purpose of this amendment is to provide the following: 1. Q&A. 2. Revised SOW per the Q&A. 3. Provide Attachment Specifications per Q&A titled 15485. 4. The Procurement Schedule is changed as follows: -Last Questions Submitted by September 10, 2014 COB MT. -Last Amendment will be issued (as necessary) by Sept 11, 2014 COB MT. -All quotations are due no later than September 15, 2014. _____________________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this amendment is to provide a site visit on September 8, 2014 at 9:00am, Mountain Time at: NIST AMD BOULDER Conference Room, Bldg 111 325 Broadway Boulder CO 80305-3328 Please e-mail Chris McKinney (COR) at christopher.mckinney@nist.gov and Patricia Bullington (CS) at patricia.bullington@nist.gov if you will attend the site visit meeting in order to gain access to the site. Maximum of two particpants from each company. ______________________________________________________________________ (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, NB194000-14-02171 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. (iv) This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with the NAICS Code 811310 with a size standard of $7.5M. (v) The following contract line item number(s) (CLIN) and items, quantities and units of measure for this requirement are as follows: CLIN 0001: BASE: Provide Monthly, Semi-Annual, and Annual Preventive Maintenance on the Pure Water System and Provide Semi-Annual and Annual Maintenance on the Ultra-pure Water System per the attached SOW.
