- This project is intended to create opacity meter QA/QC plan and perform required programming in accordance with all applicable National, Air Force, State and local building codes and regulations. Please view the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation and Statement of Work for further details. In accordance with the addendum to FAR 52.212-1, please use the attached Bid Schedule for pricing. The deadline for this requirement has been extended to September 18, 2014 at 1600.
