- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Philadelphia intends to acquire Printer Toner Cartridges and Copy Paper, in support of Joint Staff. The contractor shall provide the requested list of materials. This is a notice of intent to acquire the Printer Toner Cartridges and Copy Paper with a delivery date of 30 days from date of Award. A firm fixed price D-type contract is anticipated with a base year and two option years. It is anticipated that the procurement will be processed through than full and open competition, Brand name or Equal. ***This notice of intent is not a request for proposals and no proposals will be accepted until the issuance of an official Solicitation*** The anticipated date for solicitation is on or before 08/08/2014. The solicitation number will be N00189-14-R-Z070. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS code is 33418.
