- J&A - Sole Source Highland Falls The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA)/Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award a sole source award to Highland Falls School District to provide a Comprehensive High School Educaiton Program (see attached J&A draft). Notes: 1) Interested Vendors may submit a capability statement by the deadline stated in this synopsis. 2) Recommend that responses have minimal graphics and colors in order to reduce file size.
