- Description
- Particularly looking for companies that would be interested in bidding the following work who are either registered in the 8a or HUBzone category. The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) of the U.S. Embassy in Lima, Peru has a requirement for an Aviation Occupants' Personal Accident Insurance Policy to cover occupants of U.S. Government (USG) aircraft, which are operated by the Government of Peru (GOP). The policy will cover three hundred twenty-five (325) occupants (Crew & Passenger) of twenty-two (22) USG-owned, GOP-operated Huey I/Huey II helicopters, one (01) C-208 aircraft, one (01) PC-6 aircraft, and one (1) Beechcraft B-1900D. These aircraft are used in austere environment where they may be subject to hostilities from counter-narcotic operations and from insurrection, rebellion, revolution and similar threats. The policy shall cover the crews and passengers during flight, and while boarding and disembarking the aircraft. Terrorist risk and police activity coverage shall be included in the policy. The contract type is a firm fixed-price contract for the required aviation insurance policy. The fixed price shall cover all costs, including overhead, profit, and Value Added Tax (if applicable). This is a commercial item requirement for services that are offered and sold to the general public at a price that is generally accepted as a standard by the industry for insurance policies under normal commercial terms and conditions. Interested US small business concerns capable of meeting the requirements are invited to submit a Capability Statement by uploading the following information directly to the FebBizOpps website. The Capability Statement must include at a minimum the following information: 1. Company name, DUNS number, and POC information. 2. Small Business Status (e.g. Small, SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, etc.). 3. List previous contracts (not to exceed 5 references) under which the company has provided services similar to the ones required. Include contract number, contract amount, award date, and customer name, address, and POC information. General affirmations of interest will not be considered in our set-aside decision. Only Capability Statements addressing the above-mentioned requirements received from US small business concerns will be considered. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ONLY WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE (PREFERABLY BY E-MAIL) WILL BE CONSIDERED.
