- Liquid oxygen/nitrogen with pumping station rentals The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Office, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base year and four option years to procure Liquid Nitrogen, Liquid Oxygen, two 3,000 gallon rental gas tanks, one dual-pumping station and a single oxygen pumping station to maintain the Liquid Oxygen plant in operation and to support fleet operations and aviation breathing oxygen at the Mid-Atlantic Material Test laboratory Norfolk Naval Air Station Norfolk, VA. 23511. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325120 (Industrial gas, gasses: compressed and liquefied) and the procurement is unrestricted. The specifications of work are in the SF1449 attachement/Solicitation A sight visit is highly encouraged.
