- Supply of ten(10) 12v AGM and fifty eight (58) 2v AGM batteries that shall meet the specifications in accordance with the Scope of Work for the offer to be considered. Any deviations from the specifications shall be specifically addressed in the proposal as to why they should be considered. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov ON or AROUND July 28, 2014. All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. No telephone or faxed requests will be accepted. Registration requirements (applicable to US firms only, as required by DFARS 204.7300), all US contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov database. Registration must include the firm's physical address, telephone (including area code), a valid fax number, email address and a point of contact.
