- Solicitation for End Item: C-130 Aircraft, NSN 1560-00-858-5982, PR 0054183689, Weight Assembly, Rud. This is 100% small business set aside, firm fixed price definite quantity, full and open competition acquisition for 128 each. Government First Article test (FAT) required. Configuration Control applies; NAICS 336413. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Delivery Schedule: 260 days AFAA. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. The request is for a written proposal. Please submit offers to the Bid Desk fax #(804) 279-4165. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. NO ELECTRONIC OFFERS ARE ACCEPTABLE.
