- Description
- The Bureau of the Fiscal Services on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) intends to award an order to Waters Technologies Corporation on a sole source basis for an Acquity UPLC I-Class System, product #176815011. Offerors shall respond to this notice if they believe that they can provide TTB the same product as provided by Waters Technologies Corporation. Responses shall be received no later than 2:00 PM EST on August 4, 2014. Responses shall include the name and point of contact information for its company along with a description of the product. Offerors shall confirm that the characteristics and level of quality of its product will be equal to or exceed the requested product to satisfy the Government's needs. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
