- Wage Determination, dated 19 June 2013 Attachment 1 - Selectorized Resistance Training Equipment Listing and Technical and Capability Specifications, dated 28 July 2014 Solicitation FA6633-14-Q-0009 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA6633-14-Q-0009 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Brand Name or Equal for Selectorized Resistance Training Equipment. All weight equipment should be of commercial grade for high usage and shall not be refurbished, used or for home use. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20140721 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2014-0412. This is a Full and Open Competition with Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339920, Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. SAM Requirement - Company must be registered on System for Award Management (SAM) before an award could be made to them. If company is not registered in SAM, they may do so by going to SAM web site at http://www.SAM.gov.
