- Purchase Request 0053361011. NSN 1560-01-423-2588. Panel, Structural, Aircraft. IAW Basic Drawing NR 43999 L2300390 Revision NR B DTD 6/18/1972 Part Piece Number: L2300390-021. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. This requirement is for a quantity of 10 each. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance Origin. First Destination Transportation applies. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside, utilizing Full and Open Competition After the Exclusion of Sources. Export Control and Configuration Control apply. Government First Article Testing applies. The requested delivery is as follows: Delivery of FAT-217 DARO, Government Test and Evaluation-180 days, Delivery of production units-217 days after FAT approval. Solicitation Issue Date: August 12, 2014 Solicitation Close Date: September 11, 2014 A copy of this solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at http:www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
