- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR COMMERCIAL PRICELIST OR PRICE SUPPORT ALONG WITH YOUR COMPANY'S CAGE CODE, TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER, AND DUNS NUMBER. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number W31P4Q-14-T-0190 is to be a Sole-Source procurement to Allied High Tech Products, Inc., 2376 East Pacifica Place, Rancho Dominguez, CA 90220, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) for soliciting from a single source in that the circumstances of the contract action make only one source reasonably available. The corresponding NAICS code for this procurement is 334516. The proposed contractor, Allied High Tech Products, Inc. is the manufacturer of the polishing system and is the sole company authorized to provide these items and service. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award.
