- The Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center (PSC) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a contract on behalf of the Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) PSC intends to issue the RFP on or around 15 August 2014. This is a Pre-solicitation notice and not a RFP, thus no proposals are currently being requested and should not be submitted at this time. Anticipated Contract Type: IDIQ Period of Performance: 5 years (Base + Options) Socio Economic: Total Small Business Set Aside The primary purpose of this procurement is to furnish all labor, management, logistical and technical support services. This shall include but not be limited to: analytical, technical, and managerial services for tasks identified by NAWCAD to support DoD, NATO, Federal, and other sponsors' intelligence requirements within or outside CONUS. These include, but are not limited to, technical program management, intelligence analysis, intelligence collection, intelligence processing and dissemination, modeling and simulation, and system engineering/system integration. All interested vendors should register at www.fedbizopps.gov so that others will know of your interest in participating in this procurement. A "Interested Vendors List" WILL NOT be prepared nor distributed by the Contracting Officer, as it is the interested vendors responsibility to register at the FedBizOpps website. Vendors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining ALL RFP documents and acknowledging any amendments, and should re-visit the FBO website periodically to check for any modifications to this notice, updates, or amendments without further notice from PSC. No other information regarding scope, dates, etc is available until issuance of the solicitation.
