- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to procure lighting fixtures and lamps in various types and quantities for the VA Central California Health Care System, located at 2615 E. Clinton Ave., Fresno, California 93703. This requirement is to provide lighting fixtures and lamps in types and quantities necessary to meet the attached drawings, specifications and requirements. Refer to the Lighting Electrical Parts List for a summary of products and additional details. All products shall be exact match - no substitutes to meet project design criteria. Vendors are advised to carefully review all documents and submit requests for information (RFI) if clarifications or additional information is required. Include fully marked -up and detailed product cut sheets for each item, with the Quote. This purchase is for materials only - the products will be installed by others. THIS RFQ SHALL BE SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. Questions regarding the solicitation shall be sent in writing to mandy.thompson2@va.gov.
