- The scope of this project is to Dry Dock and Perform Repairs to Survey Vessel E.B. Wallace for Tuscaloosa Site Office, Black Warrior & Tombigbee Waterway, Tuscaloosa, AL, US Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the attached scope of work and specifications. All offerors must submit bids for all or none. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 336611. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average number of employees does not exceed 1,000 for the past three (3) years.
