- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to hire a vendor to provide and install vinyl flooring for the VA Central California Health Care System, located at 2615 E. Clinton Ave., Fresno, California 93703. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, expertise, supervision, and administration for the work described in the contract documents and per the description below. Provide the following materials and labor as described below. Provide and install approximately 1840 square feet (vendor to verify) of welded seam resilient sheet vinyl flooring with integral cove base in the "Dental Suite". See associate drawing for more detail. Prepare existing concrete floor in the 3rd floor Dental Department of the OPC building (built in 1985) for new welded seam resilient sheet vinyl floor covering installation. Concrete subfloor preparation shall include grinding of all protrusions and filling of all dents, cracks, joints, depressions, and other irregularities to allow for a level subfloor in compliance with ASTM F710. A site visit is recommended to assess subfloor conditions. Product: Armstrong Rejuvenations Timberline - Number 37347 Rustic Beech Life is A. Vendor to provide an exact match. All phases of work performance to be inspected by authorized VHA inspector. THIS RFQ SHALL BE SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES.
