Area to be renovated is approximately 4,600 SF. Construction requirements include, but are not limited to, the following: • demolition of drywall, doors, dropped ceiling and grid, lighting and rolled carpet; • construction of new rooms; • Installation of doors, lighting, plumbing, ceiling, electrical IT infrastructure installation. And new modular furniture/cabinetry. Project location: Building 1700, NAS JRB, Fort Worth, TX 76127. Magnitude of Construction - Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 Tentative date of solicitation release: 28 Jul 2014 Estimated construction times: One hundred twenty (120) days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed Site Visit: 12 Aug 2014 at 0900AM (see page 43 of Solicitation). Tentative closing date for Bids: 29 August 2014 at 1159 PM Central Time In accordance with FAR 6.203 this acquisition is to be set-aside for Small Businesses. All inquires shall be via email only.
