- Solicitation. The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) - Web Systems Team, on behalf of the U.S. House of Representatives, is interested in acquiring staff augmentation contract resources to provide web support and consultation to House Members, Committees and Leadership in the following areas: •Web Design and Drupal Theming Support (2 full time positions) •Web Production, HelpDesk and General Web Support (1 full time position with 2 additional surge positions to be added September - February) The solicitation may also be downloaded from the House website: http://www.house.gov/ - click on "Doing Business with the House" at the top of the page, select the solicitation link which will appear under "Current Solicitations." Any amendments, including any changes to due dates, will be posted as amendments to the House website. Questions may be submitted until 2:00 p.m. EST on August 1, 2014. Solicitation questions must be submitted via email to kyle.griggs@mail.house.gov. Questions and answers will be published in an amendment to the solicitation. Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. EST on August 15, 2014. Refer to the solicitation, Section L, for submission requirements and details. No verbal request for the solicitation package or questions will be honored.
