- Attachment 8 VAR Attachment 7 Scenario Technical Requirement Attachment 6 Call History Attachment 5 Evaluation Table Attachment 4 Bid Format Sheet Attachment 3 Past Performance References Attachment 2 QASP Attachment 1 PWS HC1028-14-T-0149 This contract shall provide a maintenance of existing security system. Contract Line Item Numbers will be for preventative maintenance, emergency maintenance, unscheduled maintenance (non-emergency service calls), and realignment, additions and modifications to existing system equipment. The installed system will be modified as needed over the period of performance of the contract in order to continue to provide a fully functional system that meets all current security and operational requirements. The Period of Performance is for a base and four option years. A Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2014, at 9:00 AM (Hawaii-Aleutian Time Zone). Offerors are urged to attend the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
