- The Internal Revenue Services, a bureau of the Department of the Treasury, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to International Company Profile, 6-14 Underwood Street, London N17JQ, in accordance to FAR 6.302-1. The purchase order will represent a renewal to the agency's existing subscription. ICP is the world leader in providing International Credit Status Reports. ICP is unique in that it can supply global coverage of over 250 countries and regions such as The Middle East, Africa (Central & Southern), North Africa (Maghreb), Eastern Europe, Caribbean Islands, Central Asia, Far East and South East Asia, Latin America and Offshore/International Regions. This action will result in a Firm Fixed price order for a 12 month period of performance from October 1, 2014-September 30, 2015. The NAICS code is 511110 and size standard is 500 employees. This announcement is in accordance to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1). All interested sources may identify their interest by submitting capability statements in response to the requirement. This is a notice of intent to award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered a response. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. If parties choose to respond, any costs associated with preparation and submission of data or any other costs incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government. Responses to this notice must be emailed to Sheketia Nettles at sheketi.nettles@irs.gov, no later than 4:00pm, EST on Thursday, July 31, 2014. Responses must be in writing and provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Any responses received as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. A determination not to open this requirement up to competition is solely within the discretion of the Government.
