N6328514SU00935 This is a special notice to acknowledge that Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Sole Source contract to QRC, INC at 1211 Central Park Blvd Fredericksburg VA 22401-4912 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one source. The proposed acquisition is to purchase SIMSUCKER SIM CARD SSE DEVICE. QRC, INC is the manufacturer of the SIMsucker SIM Card SSE Device. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334515. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
