- Contractor will be responsible for transport, clean, prep, perform confined space work, and repair on 2500 gallon HEMTT Tankers NIN-4920-01-439-3045. All contractors and subcontractors must be within 100 miles from RRAD. Ramp up time will be 14 days with a 7 day turnaround time. All assets must be reconditioned Condition Code A. Any parts must meet government specifications. This is a 100% SB Set Aside (less than $7M). NAICS Code: 811121 The award shall be made NLT COB 30 Oct 14. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (15 CFR 700), and the Contractor will be required to follow all of the requirements of this regulation. Request for proposal will issue on or about 14 Aug 14 and will be available on ASFI. RFP will close on or about 02 Sep 14.
