- Description
- The solicitation for this requirement has been issued. This requirement is to provide Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) with design, engineering, integration, fabrication and testing support for the AN/USQ-82(V) Data Multiplex Systems. The systems and subsystems involved consist of hardware and software systems that are primarily responsible for establishing, maintaining, monitoring and controlling shipboard data and support systems. SSC Pacific requires an indefinite -delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), performance based, single award contract with multiple pricing arrangements (cost-plus fixed fee (CPFF) and firm fixed price (FFP) pricing structure at the task order level will be utilized. The period of performance for the proposed indefinite delivery type contract will be for a base period of three (3) years with two one year option periods (for a maximum contract term of five years. The requirement will be fulfilled via full and open competition after exclusion of sources with a 100% Total Small Business Set aside. Proposal will only be considered from small business offerors within 50 miles of SSC Pac. Proposal due date is 25 August 2014 at 4:00pm (pst).
