- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD) has a requirement for Instron Integrated Remote 4-Frame Tensile Test System. The Government intends to make a sole source award to Instron, 825 University Avenue, Norwood, MA 02062-2643 for the following items one each: · • 250kN Instron Testing Machine and Load Cells Model 5985 Materials Testing System, Capacity 250kN •· • 5kN Instron Testing Machine, Load Cells, and Strain Card Model 5965 Materials Testing System, Capacity 5kN •· • 1 0kN Instron Testing Machine, Load Cells, and Strain Card Model 5966 Materials Testing System, Capacity 10kN •· • Dell High Performance Workstation PC -CP113587 • Bluehill 3 Software - Series 5900 •· NSWC IHEODTD has a detailed salient characteristics sheet.
