- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit IPS Photonics, 50 Old Webster Rd., Oxford, MA 01540-2706 on a sole source bases for one (1) pulsed green laser. The specific components are required for use with existing systems, and are required to maintain commonality between the systems. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Ave, Panama City, Florida 32407.
